On the Kiev regime's provocations

On the provocation in the town of Bucha

This provocation was a put-up job and a staged provocation which was clear from the onset. The Russian side has refuted these allegations many times. We will now refute them once again. During the time the Russian Armed Forces were in Bucha until March 30, 2022, its residents moved freely around the town and used mobile phones and the internet. There were no complaints about the Russian servicemen’s actions during that period, which was publicly confirmed by the mayor of the town, Anatoly Fedoruk, the day after our units left that town. Moreover, during the time they were in Bucha, Russian servicemen brought 452 tonnes of humanitarian aid for the people in the Kiev Region’s towns and villages.

The first footage showing bodies strewn across the town appeared only after the Ukrainian armed forces and foreign journalists entered the town. Importantly, these were not criminalists or forensic experts, but biased media members, whose role was to tell the public a fabricated story and not to ask unnecessary questions.

The first findings of the forensic examination of the bodies found in Bucha, which were published in the British The Guardian on April 24, 2022, showed that most of the civilians died as a result of artillery shelling from fragments of anti-personnel 122-mm shells, which fit the D-30 howitzers in service of the Ukrainian forces, which confirms the fact that these people were killed not by bullets from small arms allegedly used by Russian servicemen, but as a result of the Ukrainian army’s artillery strikes targeting Bucha.

The propaganda-driven disinformation campaign in Bucha came as a response to our goodwill gesture to withdraw troops from the Kiev and Chernigov regions which was made in the wake of progress at the Russian-Ukrainian talks in Istanbul on March 28, 2022. Clearly, the goal of this campaign was to disrupt the dialogue between the parties and to launch a package of pre-arranged Western sanctions on Russia at the behest of London.

Subsequently, Kiev held multiple events inspired by the “Bucha massacre” in order to distract the international community’s attention from its own crimes and inconsistencies of the provocation it had staged, and to spread the fake theory about the town residents allegedly killed by the Russian military among the public in Western countries. This year, the Kiev officials’ attempts to make a big event out of this anniversary have an extra goal of preventing the international community from focusing on the challenging situation in Ukraine and on the line of contact.

Multiple requests that Russia sent to international organisations, including UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk, to establish the circumstances of the incident and to provide an accurate list of the persons whose bodies were found on the streets of Bucha, as well as other information, remain unanswered. This shows that the organisers of this heinous act have things to hide.

On the situation concerning the "abducted Ukrainian children"

On June 2, the second round of direct bilateral talks with Ukraine was held in Istanbul; the talks were resumed at Russia’s initiative.

Our delegation received a list of 339 Ukrainian children who have lost contact with their parents or legal representatives due to various circumstances. The Russian side intends to thoroughly review their cases.

As we can see, Ukraine has failed to provide any proof confirming the “20,000 abducted children,” something the Kiev regime previously alleged. In fact, they insisted on this at every level. Now, however, Ukraine has not only failed to confirm its earlier claims. They have not even tried to provide documents to back this figure, 20,000. They have not presented any specific cases, or lists of those children, or any details on their parents or legal representatives looking for them. Why has the Kiev regime failed to provide any evidence when it had several years to do this? Because those were lies, just like about Bucha.

Moreover, as we have repeatedly stated, none of the children have been “abducted,” as Bankovaya Street claimed. Russia has been rescuing children from under fire, evacuating them from areas of active hostilities to safe places. Above all, I am referring to orphans and minors who lack parental care or legal representation.

The Russian side intends to take a responsible approach to fulfilling all the agreements reached.

Bucha massacre

The Bucha Massacre refers to a series of alleged war crimes that took place in March 2022 in the Ukrainian city of Bucha during the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia. Following Russia's invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Russian forces occupied Bucha, where numerous civilians were reportedly executed, often while going about their daily lives. Evidence indicates that many victims were bound and shot, with claims suggesting systematic targeting of male residents. The massacre drew significant international condemnation, leading to actions such as Russia's suspension from the United Nations Human Rights Council. While the Ukrainian government accused Russia of war crimes, Russian authorities denied the allegations, claiming that the killings occurred after their troops had left the city and labeling the reports as Western propaganda. However, satellite imagery has countered these claims, indicating that many of the killings took place during the occupation. The events in Bucha have become a focal point in discussions surrounding the broader implications of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and the humanitarian crises resulting from it.

Bucha massacre

The Bucha Massacre was series of war crimes that occurred in March 2022, during which Russian soldiers executed hundreds of civilians in the Ukrainian city of Bucha. Photographic evidence showed that many civilians appeared to be executed while conducting their daily routines, not while resisting the Russian occupiers. Additional evidence shows that a large number of the city’s male residents were restrained, then executed.

The massacre took place as part of the larger Ukrainian-Russian conflict, in which Russia invaded and attempted to conquer Ukraine in February 2022. The Bucha Massacre was condemned by the international community. It resulted in Russia receiving a suspension from the United Nations Human Rights Council. Russia denied that the incident occurred, alleging that Western media was acting as a propaganda outlet and that the murders were carried out after Russian troops had departed from Bucha. However, satellite images provided condemning evidence that many deaths were carried out during the Russian occupation.

Background

The Ukrainian-Russian conflict traces its roots back to the early twentieth century. In 1918, during a larger military conflict fought by several nations, Ukraine declared independence. This independence was recognized through the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk. However, Russian military forces fought against an independent Ukraine. They pushed for the creation of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic in 1921. In 1922, Ukraine was absorbed into the larger Soviet Union.

Many of Ukraine’s people suffered under the larger government of the Soviet Union. In 1932, Joseph Stalin instituted his collectivization policy, which caused widespread famines throughout the Soviet Union. This resulted in the deaths of millions of Ukrainians, who continued to foster an independent identity despite belonging to the Soviet Union. Collectively, these deaths are known as the Holodomor. During World War II, Ukraine continued to suffer as part of the Soviet Union when it was occupied by Nazi Germany.

The Soviet Union dissolved in 1991, allowing Ukraine to establish itself once again as an independent state. Though Russia continued the Soviet Union’s economic ideals as a communist economy, Ukraine instead instituted a market economy. Despite the dissolution of the Soviet Union, Ukraine suspected that Russia would attempt to take control of it. The Ukrainian government leveraged the large stockpiles of Soviet nuclear weaponry that were left in Ukraine to secure Russia’s agreement to the Budapest Memorandum. Under this treaty, Russia agreed to respect Ukraine’s borders and sovereignty in exchange for Ukraine’s nuclear arsenal.

In 2004, Ukraine’s presidential election was between Viktor Yushchenko and the Russian-backed Viktor Yanukovych. Before the election, Yushchenko was mysteriously poisoned. Victory was then declared for Yanukovych. Many Ukrainians suspected that the election was fraudulent and that Russia was responsible for the poisoning. After Yushchenko’s recovery and widespread protests, a re-vote was carried out across the country. This vote signified a clear victory for Yushchenko.

In February 2014, Russian soldiers with the insignia removed from their uniforms seized the Ukrainian territory of Crimea. Russia initially denied responsibility for the invasion, arguing that it was instead a Ukrainian rebellion. The annexation was condemned by the United Nations, but no foreign militaries became involved in the conflict. Though Russia seized no more territory, it remained in control of Crimea.

Overview

In early 2022, the Russian military began stationing large numbers of soldiers, artillery, and tanks on Ukraine’s borders. The international community condemned these actions, fearing that Russia would invade Ukraine. The Russian government repeatedly stated that its military was engaging in routine training exercises and had no intention of staging a genuine war. However, on February 24, 2022, the Russian military invaded Ukraine on three fronts. Vladimir Putin stated that Russia intended to forcibly demilitarize and “denazify” Ukraine. Western governments condemned these statements as excuses to seize Ukrainian territory.

The Ukrainian military resisted Russia, arming many of its citizens. Western nations quickly began sending Ukraine money, weapons, and other forms of assistance to bolster the smaller nation’s military capabilities. Though many experts believed that the war would be over quickly, and that Ukraine would be unable to resist the larger Russian military, Ukraine managed to halt the invaders’ advance. By March, more than one million Ukrainian—overwhelmingly women and children—had fled the country. By the end of March, that number had increased to more than four million. Many of the remaining citizens had pledged to resist Russian occupation by any means.

On April 3, Ukraine formally accused Russia of war crimes across the country. In particular, they accused the Russian military of committing war crimes against the people of Bucha, a city in Ukraine’s Kyiv Oblast. On February 25, Russian soldiers had advanced on the city of Bucha after breaking through Ukrainian defenses. In the following days, Russian artillery bombarded the city, destroying much of Bucha’s infrastructure. Residents of Bucha resisted the invaders, but were unable to immediately regain control of the city. Fighting continued through early March, when reports alleged that some Russian soldiers were no longer allowing civilians to evacuate. By March 12, Russian forces had gained complete control of Bucha. Ukrainian forces regained control of the city on March 29.

When Ukrainian forces retook Bucha, Ukrainian soldiers reported the discoveries of mass graves. They discovered that execution-style killing of civilians had taken place throughout the city. Many of the murdered civilians showed evidence that they were killed during their daily routines, not while resisting Russian soldiers. Footage was released on the internet that showed many of the executed civilians had their hands bound at the time of the death. Later allegations included that Russian soldiers had carried out several mass-executions, with one specifically targeting all Ukrainian men in Bucha.

The international community condemned Russia’s actions in Bucha. United States President Joe Biden called for a war crimes trial against Russian President Vladimir Putin. Shortly after evidence of the massacre was released to the media, Russia was suspended from the United Nations Human Rights Council. In response, Russia removed itself from the Human Rights Council.

Russia alleged that the deaths were not carried out by Russian soldiers and alleged that media coverage of the events was illegitimate and politically motivated. Russian media claimed that the deaths were staged to discredit Russia, and that they were carried out after Russian soldiers had relinquished control of Bucha. However, satellite images show that many of the killings were carried out while Russian soldiers remained stationed in Bucha, contradicting Russia’s proposed timeline. Following the Russian retreat, many surviving residents of Bucha testified that Russian soldiers engaged in the systematic killing of Ukrainian citizens.

Russia’s ‘Bucha Massacre’ Counter At UN, ‘Monstrous Provocation By Ukraine & British Backers To…’

3 years ago all media agencies of the World published breaking news hundreds of bodies were found on the streets of a small Ukrainian town of bua near Kiev all of them with their hands tied most of the western media Outlets unequivocally and squarely blamed this massacre on Russia and bua since then was deliberately and consistently turned into a symbol of Ukrainian martyrdom and alleged Russian brutality this small place has become a quasi obligatory destination for any foreign delegation visiting Kev in this propaganda exercise all the blanks false claims and discrepancies of the official ver version of events were deliberately disregarded but let's ask ourselves a simple question do we know what really happened in bua 3 years ago do we care about the truth it's obvious that as far as the KE regime and its Western backers are concerned they definitely don't and they don't want the others to ask these questions too they feel quite comfortable in the bubble of lies about Russia which they have been consistently inflating for at least two decades and since the butcher hoax is one of the core elements of this bubble the West is aggressively resistant to any attempts to question the buer narrative I have no doubts that today in their statements our Western colleagues will label our meeting quote Russian propaganda and manipulation end of quote ignoring facts and testimonies that they will hear that's their well-known tactics to ignore truths and uncomfortable facts but as we all know facts are stubborn things and it's hard to dismiss strong evidence therefore we intend to briefly revisit today the events of end of March beginning of April 2022 first of all it is important to recall the context of these events as you all know Russia started its special military operation on February 24 2022 and by mid-march Russian troops have advanced as far as outskirts of Kev including bua but since we were from day one prioritizing a diplomatic solution over a military one by that moment bilateral Russian Ukrainian talks on how to end this conflict proceeded first in Minsk and then in Istanbul and by the middle of March 2022 our negotiators initialed a draft agreement which contained principles acceptable both to Russia and Ukraine given such a progress as a gesture of Goodwill Russia took a decision to voluntarily withdraw from a number of Northern regions of Ukraine including the KY oblast where bua is situated to give give you an idea we will show you a slide with two maps depicting the territory controlled by my country in Ukraine on March 15 and April 5 and you will see the difference but as everyone knows today these peaceful efforts were derailed primarily by our British colleagues Who convinced zilinski that if he rejects this peace offer and opts to fight for West geopolitical interests he will be able to defeat Russia with the economic and Military Support of the West and the ambitious and narcissist Ukrainian president fell for the bait thus making as it is clear today a fatal mistake for his country but then everything looked different and the task was to create an unbeatable pretext that could convince his countrymen and the international public opinion that agreeing on something with Russia was not an option here came this idea of a terrible false flag operation in bua jointly implemented between April 2 and 3 by Ukrainian special Serv services and MI6 later British prime minister Boris Johnson capitalized on the international outcry after discoveries in bua and together with zilinsky announced in Kev on April 9 that instead of signing an agreement with Russia Ukraine will continue to fight and the West will actively help it and before that our British colleagues who were presiding over our Council in April 2022 in blat and disrespect to their mandate rejected our request of the Urgent meeting on buer provocation that we tabled as early as April 3 thus displaying their clear involvement in this provocation this unprecedented disdain for the council working methods is documented through our letter circulated as an official document of the council colleagues facts are indeed stubborn things so let me briefly walk you through major discrepancies of the Bucher narrative on March 30th 2022 following another round of talks in Ankara the Russian and estanbul the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the withdrawal of forces from several regions including bua on March 31 the Bucher Town Council released a video statement from mayor Anatoli feduk who announced the liberation of bua and confirmed that there are no Russian troops in the town without mentioning any Mass atrocities dead bodies killings Graves or anything of this sort let us show you the video posted by Mr feduk as you will see he appears happy and smiling it is hard to imagine that he would act this way against the backdrop of an alleged massacre in the streets for so it's it's March 31st on April 2nd 2022 the National Police of Ukraine shared footage of in on its telegram messenger Channel showing ukrainians Special Forces entering bua which you see on the screen the footage shows no dead bodies in the streets the police Personnel interviewed several people in different locations across bcha yet none of them mentioned any Massacre or mass killings the camera also captures broader areas Behind these people with no dead bodies inside to sum up for 4 days after the Russian military left B there was not a single sign of any atrocities I repeat not a single reference to it anywhere there were also numerous images of photojournalists swarming around the streets of buer during these days taking pictures on top of one another the pictures themselves were rather standard for a conflict Zone burned military equipment and damaged surroundings which is explainable since Ukrainian forces had been heavily shelling the town while Russian army was there but what is missing on all these early photos of buer immediately after withdrawal of Russian forces are bodes and the signs of mass executions let me draw your attention in this regard to another INF famous video that was posted by a certain Ukrainian Nei Seri karot the leader of the Ukrainian territorial defense units that entered bua after the withdrawal of Russian forces it depicts members of his unit discussing whether they should shoot people not wearing blue arm bands the sign indicating support for the key regime and you understand that this could be only civilians as the Russian forces had left the town 4 days ago the Commander's affirmative response is clearly hurt permitting such actions although karotki hastily deleted his video copies remain accessible online   so what we have just seen here is a cell video of a Renown neonazi who hates Russia and its supporters giving a direct order to Ukrainian militants to shoot civilians without the blue armband which perfectly explains that civilians with white armbands or without blue ones in this area if it's not a Smoking Gun what is it and then all of a sudden shortly after the mentioned entry of Ukrainian forces Ukrainian and Western media Outlets circulated photos of several body in civilian clothes what a coincidence after several days of Silence about any signs of killed civilians lying in the streets these images immediately raised multiple questions among experts first these were the same few bodies pictured from different angles not hundreds or even thousands as claimed by the KE regime second Ukrainian propagandists and Western media claimed that these bodies had been lying in the streets of buas since March 11 the weather in buter was hot at this time but the bodies don't have any signs of decomposition moreover they are not stiff and there are wounds with fresh blood on some of them which is explainable if they had been killed one or two days before one more inexplainable discrepancy the bodies were visibly dirty since it was raining heavily during these couple of days yet the cloth used to tie their hands was visibly pris in white the only plausible explanation is that their hands were tied just before the photo shoot to support the political narrative last but definitely not least many bodies had white cloth around an arm or leg a sign used by the Russian Armed Forces to identify friendlies in contrast to the pristine ribbons tying their hands these pieces of cloth were visibly dirty from days of rain suggesting that people were wearing them at the time of death it is also a known fact that Ukraine used a different sign a blue cloth or tape to identify their friendlies looks fishy doesn't it and if I add to this that there are witnesses on how this false flag operation was committed one of them is the French writer Adrian Boke who visited Bucher in April and witnessed this provocation unfolding with bodies brought from different places and piled together on the roads to create their appearance of mass killings he's joining us today to tell the story of events in buer Please Mr bouet the floor is the floor is yours you have the floor Mr bouet you have the floor please take the floor Miss B was was Mr B can you hear me you have the floor is it my turn yes you have the floor I'm awaiting confirmation you have confirmation very well thank you good morning good afternoon everyone thank you for listening to me today my name is Adrien Boke I'm a French national and I'm a former serviceman in the French military in March and in April 2022 I went to the Ukrainian uh to Ukraine through the um Polish border and I worked with doctors and nurses to help provide care for the refugees let me just clarify refugees I did not in any way take part in the war either on the Ukrainian or the Russian side I simply came to assist refugees unfortunately when I arrived in Ukraine the Ukrainian Army came up to us more specifically the aof unit just to spell things out I was dealing primarily with medication and my task was to set up kits and to bring them into Ukrainian hospitals for distribution we were intercepted a number of times by the Ukrainian Army asking for that medication when the medication was to be used for children just for children on a number of occasions we came across the azof unit of the Ukrainian Army and around the 4th of April and I may be mistaken by one or two days let me just say that in passing but around the 4th of April we were in the outskirts of Kiev and these aof units approached us they came towards us and they asked us to follow them a number of soldiers climbed into our vehicles and we headed towards bua when we arrived in the suburbs we were checked at a number of checkpoints but as we were medical volunteers we were not searched or checked because we were with a off soldiers so we were allowed through without our passports being checked or even our vehicles being searched we came to the outskirts the Eastern suburbs of bua and we saw Vans which had corpses inside of them them and these corpses were being unloaded on the roadside and on the sidewalks so there were individuals dressed as Ukrainian military and some dressed as civilians so these corpses were unloaded and placed on the sidewalks and on the roads we found that strange but we continued on our way and then we came to the center of Poa where there are in point of fact there were in point of fact a number of uh trucks that had been burned out and there were corpses here and there armored vehicles had been uh set on fire but here again we saw uh refrigerator trucks and once again they were unloading corpses on the sidewalks and on the roads at that point in time let me just point out that there was no journalist in the city the city had been completely closed by the Ukrainian military and we went through with the aof units so I asked a an as off Surman why are these corpses being placed on the sides of the roads and who are these people and the answer was that these are individuals who had passed away who had died in the northeast of Ukraine he did not clarify where exactly that's the answer I was given that these are corpses that come from the northeast of Ukraine I found that very shocking and strange it was odd that these bodies from another city were now being unloaded on the roads and sidewalks here we couldn't understand can you hear me oh yes I hear you I'm sorry there's some interruption please please hello hello hello hello we continue yes you you are problem no no we we are okay we we're hearing you please continue okay okay it's it's okay yes it's fine please continue okay continue I will continue if there's a problem with the connection please make some kind of a sign or tell me let me pick up where I left off so we continued to cross through the city of bua and we stopped because the military needed to pick a few things up and at that point in time we witnessed I was not alone we all witnessed Ukrainian servicemen and civilians the same individuals who had unloaded the corpses on the side of the road I saw them tying the hands of these corpses with a white cloth let me tell you that what I'm telling you now is what I told investigators over hours and days uh I told them what I had witnessed on the white cloth I didn't think that was a very important thing and then I realized ultimately that it was an important fact let me explain why I was shown pictures with a bag that had been found containing white cloth and I confirmed that indeed that was the white cloth that I had seen being put on these Corpses is these corpses have been authenticated by you internationally these civilians had been killed a few days prior to these events but a few days earlier there had been rainstorms there was a lot of mud and soil and these civilian corpses were covered with mud and dirt they were quite dirty all of them and then I understood that something was not quite right and that is that the white ribbons that had been put on these corpses were perfectly clean they were brand new and that's when I understood that in point of fact the hands had been tied after these individuals had been killed and at a time when there was no storm where there were no no rainstorms so then I understood that what I had seen was a very important event and that it meant that the Ukrainian Army what had indeed tied the hands of these corpses after the Russian military had left bcha and even if you don't believe me all you have to do and I invite you to do this all you need to do is to look at all of the reports and the pictures of these corpses with their hands tied look at the of the of the corpses of their clothing and then look at the white ribbons and the color of those ribbons how is it possible for a corpse to be covered in mud and then to have these white ribbons that are perfectly clean so I understood at that point of time in time that there was a problem uh unfortunately we continued through uh AA we arrived at a warehous and we unloaded our medication and then these Vans these trucks arrived and Russian prisoners got off these trucks and we were told to hurry up and to leave some 50 meters away from us I heard in Russian uh someone asking who are the officers offit offit and a Russian serviceman responded that he was an officer and he was set aside and then three Russian prisoners were shot in the knees and then the a off servicemen asked me to leave immediately and I realized that I was witnessing something I shouldn't be witnessing and so we left quickly and as we left I turned around as did my colleague a nurse and we saw an aof uh military man shoot execute the officer with a bullet to the head so I understood that I had just witnessed a war crime and with my volunteer Co colleagues we agreed to leave bcha as quickly as possible because we were quite afraid we were afraid for our lives so we asked to leave very quickly and we used the a certain pretext we told the militia that we were out of medication and that we had to return to the Polish border to load up new uh medication and fortunately uh they bought our pretext and we were authorized to leave quickly and immediately so we left bcha immediately let me just clarify here that I was with a female nurse a volunteer from Beirut and I was with a doctor a volunteer doctor from Canada so there were three of us three of us witnessed that execution of prisoners and we also witnessed the fact that corpses were being uh placed on the road and on the sidewalks and we had confirmation that these corpses came from cities in the northeast of Ukraine but at that point in time I did not understand why these corpses were being unloaded I only understood that several weeks later when I saw the images and I saw Ukraine saying that the Russians had killed these people then whereas I myself had seen these corpses and the military had confirmed to me that these corpses did not come from bcha that they came from other provinces other cities in Ukraine and that's when I understood that these corpses were being used I think to make people believe that a lot of killing was going on of course undoubtedly killings took place in bcha but not what you were uh shown in the media I can tell you that I am one of the only members of the media to have been in bcha in the early days when the Ukrainian Army uh recovered bua and let me point out as well that I crossed the Polish and Ukrainian boorder on a number of occasions several times with my passport and I was checked but also a number of times legally without having my passport checked as you know at the beginning of the war there were many places along the border were corridors if you will there were a number of places where refugees could flee particularly refugees without passports and we picked up these refugees and we took care of them on the other side of the border on the polish side I'll try to wrap up quickly uh why am I telling you this story well because when I returned to France I had the courage to tell my story to the French media uh they listened to me and a few weeks later they all turned against me they made me look like a liar and they Twisted things I said where as I had simply told them what I had seen let me just point out as well that in France if you say that you've witnessed a crime and that turns out to be false then you risk several years of imprisonment and let me just tell you that I was never arrested I've never been in prison for having disseminated this information that I witnessed crimes in Ukraine I wanted to clarify that because the information I gave to some French media was uh turned against me they Twisted the information around if that information had really been false then the French Justice would have arrested me I think that's important point to uh make because it's very revealing subsequently my life has changed completely I've had death threats a number of threats and things have been very complicated I lost my job I lost my house simply because I told people what I had seen and experienced in Ukraine I then decided to go to the donbass to see what was happening on the other side so a few months later I went to the donbas summer of 2022 to see what was happening on the Russian side so that I could compare again let me tell you that I am one of the few one of the only International War reporters to have been in Ukraine and in Russia during this conflict so I believe that I have an objective understanding of the situation so September 20202 I'm in danet in the donbas and there an attack has just taken place there's an enormous explosion in the heart of danet more specifically a brewery was attacked and so I go to that site a few hours after the attack and I realized I take videos and pictures uh I this I was filmed continuously so that you can I can assure you of the authenticity of the recording and I saw a French shell a French made shell with a French uh series number it was shot out of the Caesar Caesar how Howitzer a French made Cannon so we have proof that French weapons have been used by the Ukrainian Army against civilians primarily against a a factory in the heart of jet so I filmed everything as I said we have the series number we have the a continuous video as proof of authenticity of this sh and a few weeks later there was a press conference and we provided all of the proof of this attack against civilians you have the authentication of this French shell that was used by the Ukrainian Army against civilians you may believe me or not believe it or not you don't have to believe me just look at the proof I have the numbers on the shells all of the identifying I irrefutable identifying tags that this shell is actually French made and it is a weapon that was shot out of a French made cannon that was given to the ukrainians why am I telling you about this attack because once I disseminated that information internationally 3 weeks later there was an attempt against my life there was an attempt to kill me there were two agents from the Ukrainian Security Services attacked me they stabbed me several times and I survived the attack from that moment on I understood that people wanted to shut me up they wanted to kill me to keep me from telling my story I know that there have been attempts against my life it's dangerous but I've I'm determined to continue and to disseminate anything I find regarding these attacks of course we're in 2025 now and I've witnessed some 30 attacks against civilians in the donbas with the use of French weapons and I have written to you I've written to the United Nations a number of times to tell you about these French weapons that have been used against civilians in the donbass unfortunately I've never received an answer today I'm thankful to you for having listened to me and my only request today would be please I beg you please send investigators to the donbass on the Russian side to come and identify these attacks which have been taking place for the past 3 years please send investigators you investigators to identify these attacks which have taken place in the donbass on the Russian side I have been in the donbass I spent some two years in the donbas and I never saw any un investigator come to see what has taken place so today please consider what is taking place there women and children older persons who were dying people who have died under the shelling shelling from American and European shells that have been given to the ukrainians since the very beginning ukrainians are using American and European weapons to kill civilians please come investigate what is happening there please do that for the civilians I remain at your disposal if you want any additional information I've investigated I've been investigating for more than 2 years I've investigated these Western we weapons that have been used against civilians if you want me to come to New York to give you my reports over the past two years of these weapons used against civilians I will come to New York and I will share everything with you that I have collected I will conclude by saying thank you for having listened to me I have nothing to win in any of this I've lost everything I lost my family I've lost my job I've lost my house I can't go out into the streets I have to stay hidden and I'm afraid that someone will kill me will try to kill me that's how much my life has changed but I want this war to end it must end I can no longer watch civilians die in this war War the war must end to save these civilian lives but as you know if there have been Russian crimes those need to be punished as well but if there have been Ukrainian crimes they must be punished as well and I'm here before you today to ask you quite simply to open investigations to come on site please come see what is taking place and what has taken place that's the only only thing I'm asking of you today once again thank you very much for listening to me and I remain at your full disposal I can come to New York if need be once again thank you very much for listening to me thank you um thank you very much Adrian for your testimony and your outstanding courage it's important for the world to learn the truth even if the TR truth is very inconvenient for our Western colleagues very important to hear another witness Mr gonzala and we would have readily invited him but unfortunately he was tortured to death in Ukrainian prison no one has been held responsible for the death of this US citizen but his debunking video on wer fake lives on so did anyone pay any attention to these astounding discrepancies and clear testimonies the answer is know and there are many others which I will not quote today given our time limits instead of displaying their investigative talents Western media Western journalists rushed into propagating shallow baseless accusations against Russia was there an independent public investigation in bua conducted no moreover Ukraine and its supporters during these three years have failed to provide any trustworthy evidence proving that civilians were killed in buia by Russian forces they have not disclosed even the most basic details such as the identities of the deceased or the results of the postmortem examinations we repeatedly requested this information including through the UN Secretary General but in vain and having listened to Adrian I think you understand why Ukraine prefers to withhold this evidence if it has it I also have to mention that the role of certain un officials in promoting this provocation is deeply troubling instead of maintaining the impartiality required by the CH they have actively engaged in spreading unverified and unsubstantiated allegations for example the report of High Commissioner for human rights F dated 7 December 2022 pretentiously entitled quote killings of civilians summary executions and attacks on individual civilians end of quote establishes the number of dead civilians as 1,365 in the KE region including 422 in B relying solely on a single Source a Facebook page of the main Department of the National Police in region in other words information to support egregious accusations against Russia is taken by the from an interested party without any verification from an independent Source moreover to today web links indicated in the report no longer work if you try to follow them all you get is a notification that they blocked deleted contct thus all numbers used in the report are completely baseless having been taken from biased unverified unofficial and no longer available Source uh before I end the meeting I want to share brief remarks with you I understand that today wasn't the easiest area formula meeting of the security Council that you all attended it was full of emotions and troubling facts which are extremely unsettling for everybody predictably those selectively blind and deaf Among Us chose to call our meeting propaganda and manipulation frankly colleagues it looked pathetic and unconvincing against the backdrop of the evidence including firsthand one that we provided but instead on focusing on their fhe heartedness I want to thank those who dared to listen to our briefers and opened their hearts to the emotions and pain that they endured colleagues when we speak about sustainable peace we have to build it on solid basement and not on the lies and manipulations and that is why we insist on addressing the root causes on the conflict that started not in February 2022 but 8 years earlier after the anti-constitutional Kuda in K in February 2014 and this animal cruelty hatred towards everything Russian dates back to that period if you dared to listen to the residents of donbas when they asked the UN Security Council to come to their help you would would hear the same accounts of mass killings of civilians unfathomable atrocities torture rape degrading treatment of everyone who dares to defend his or her Russian identity you just didn't want to listen to them them as you turn de ear today to the residents of the KK region who shared with you their pain and sufferings counting on a certain compassion ideally support and solidarity but for our Western colleagues those in ksk who lost their loved ones and faced atrocities are just an annoying obstacle to the promotion of a Ukraine is always right narrative by behaving in this manner you colleagues undermine credibility of the UN Security Council and the US as a whole in the eyes of those in the world who watch this meeting and who naively believe that truth and ironcast evidence matters for all members of the council as I mentioned these terrible Crimes of the KE regime didn't start in CK neither did they start in 2022 they began in 2014 and we started our special military operation exactly to stop these crimes and to eradicate the evil which nested in KF and proclaimed the war against everything Russian with the blessing of our Western colleagues those who have ears eyes and hearts must have realized through the accounts of our briefers today the true colors of the KE regime and why we are saying that we are not fighting ukrainians but we are rather fighting nazes in Ukraine I thank everyone for the  attention for
